Nice place, cold AC blasting and top a the line sound system will make you happy you decided to pull over at this smoke shop which is cute sized but big with homeyness, reminds me of some ones basement or rec room in the 90’s in a good good way. Extra icing on the cake is the guy who was there to help was really helpful and down to earth

Broke my everyday glass and was in dyer need this shop is conveniently near by as well as being open 24hrs well whom could complain. Decent selection for any budget and I was treated very well. On the downside the neighborhood us rougher than most but just be cool mind your own business and well the rest will be history.

I love this place! It’s close to my house, so I stumbled upon it by chance (enticed by the 24/7 aspect) and have never had a bad experience. All of the staff are very well educated and extremely nice. They treat me like an old friend, answer all questions, and never steer me wrong. The holiday discounts are always amazing, and regular prices are nice as well. They feature a lot of handmade and hand decorated glass from local sources that’s always so stunning in the well-lit store. Give this little gem a chance, you won’t regret it! ❤️

I can always go in and get knowledgeable, kind plus very helpful service from the staff whom are extremely patient when it comes to ensuring everytime I leave from the shop, all expectations are satisfied. The owner is super sweet and cares about whether he has exactly what we were looking for but if he doesn’t have it, just tell him what we had in mind and he will go out to do his best to get it or at least something very similar. This has been the only shop I stop at for a couple of years now because I don’t want to deal with anyone else’s potential no-so-great staff in comparison to The Galaxy Smoke Shop – where I am never disappointed.

Friendly staff and lots of things to choose from. Just avoid the weirdos from the area you will be ok, most of them do not bother you, and the shop makes sure that nobody bothers the customers.

I went in to Galaxy expecting just another plain experience with a bored, mean person (a lot of people are like that now a day). Jessica was like a ray of sun shine. Galaxy smoke shop is a nice little spot to grab smokes or whatever other tobacco products you might need like vapes and all that jazz as well as papers, wraps, pipes and so forth. I gotta hand it to the folks who work there because the neighborhood is interesting to put it softly.

This is a great place for cheap smokes, rolling papers & wraps, and plenty of other “stuff” 😜 The girls that work here are super sweet. The neighborhood is kinda sketchy, but hey…its open 24/7. Only other downside (which they can do nothing about) is the location/parking. If it’s rush hour, good luck getting in the place unless you’re already heading E on Ft. Lowell.

Galaxy was a surprise, compared to the other shops around town. Its not just a 24/7 shop on the corner. They have a wide range of products and the employee that I had spoken with seemed to know a significant amount about pretty much everything in the shop.

Then a third person. Finally he come out from the back and I was do relieved that he wasn’t tied up in the back or worse. Then I remembered that’s just the way customer service is these days.
